Kim and Kristi, longtime friends and creative partners, officially joined forces in 2015 to launch K&K Co. — a business built on curiosity, hustle, and a shared love of great food. Always looking for their next adventure, the two decided to take Kristi’s husband’s addictive cracker recipe, affectionately known as “Jimmy’s Crack,” and bring it to market. The response was instant when they first introduced the snack cracker mix at their Columbia, SC retail store. Customers couldn’t get enough! Now, they’re proud to share their latest obsession with the world: 6 O’Clock Crunch — the all-cracker snack mix made for that moment when the workday ends and the good stuff begins.
